Administration

Our mission is to implement the vision of the City Council; to enforce City of Bee Cave policies by supervising and coordinating all departments. To prepare and present to the City Council the annual budget; by coordinating the preparation of Board and Planning & Zoning Commission agendas and by addressing strategic and policy needs of the City Council, the organization, and the community. Our goal is to make sound recommendations and to manage the affairs of the City of Bee Cave to maximize efficiency, economy and public confidence in local government.
